The Citizen energy transition in Algerian policies

This work revolves around the obstacles faced by the process of energy transition citizen in Algeria. The analysis of the national policy, clearly demonstrates the marginalization of the citizen in the decision-making power at all levels, with a centralized management and a very reduced democracy.

The social survey carried out has allowed us to sketch an overview of the model of energy consumption within households, and to draw the profile of the Algerian citizen and his space of commitment to political life. After having noted the obstacles of this process, this work draws a roadmap for the national strategy, according to the orientations and the needs of the citizen
